Withdrawal from the purchase contract (return of goods)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Return conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods may be returned only:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>without signs of use or damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you remove the goods from the packaging or damage the packaging, the goods cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you hand the shipment over to the carrier for dispatch no later than on the 14th day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, please inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by e-mail at:<br\/><strong><a href=\"mailto:info@doodoo.cz\">info@doodoo.cz<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">2. Return costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The costs of returning the goods are paid by the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods may be returned only to the following address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petr Babinec (29), Cyrila Boudy 1444, Kladno, 272 01, Czech republic<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">3. Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The money will be refunded using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the goods are returned damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount by the value of the damage incurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a gift was included with the goods, this gift must also be returned.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Complaints (rights arising from defective performance)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4. Liability for defects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your rights and obligations, as well as our rights and obligations, regarding defective goods are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular by the Czech Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are responsible for ensuring that, at the time you receive the goods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the goods have the characteristics stated in the online store,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods are suitable for the purpose for which they are intended,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods are delivered in the corresponding quantity,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods comply with the requirements of legal regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">5. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rights arising from defective performance cannot be exercised:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>if the defect was caused by normal wear and tear,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the goods were sold with a defect at a reduced price and the buyer was informed of this defect in advance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">6. Deadline for making a complaint<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rights arising from a defect may be exercised in relation to a defect that appears within one month of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">7. How to make a complaint<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A complaint may be made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>by e-mail at: <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@doodoo.cz\">info@doodoo.cz<\/a><\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and at the same time by sending the goods to the delivery address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>Please include the following in your e-mail:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order number,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>description of the defect,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contact details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
