Frequently asked questions
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, we pack orders with discretion in mind. The parcel contains only the information required for delivery. We do not include the name or website of our shop on the outside of the package. For shipments outside the European Union, a customs declaration with a description of the contents is required. In that case, we use a discreet description such as “Baby teether” or “Plastic toy” in small print.
What materials do you use (leather / PVC / combinations)?
We work with high-quality Italian vegetable-tanned leather, soft PVC in several colors, and combinations of both. On request, we can adjust the size or add decorative details.
Do you make custom-made items?
Yes, feel free to contact us with your idea. If it is possible for us, we will be happy to help.
Maintenance and product care
Wipe leather gently with a slightly damp cloth and treat it from time to time with a leather care product. For PVC, soapy water is enough. Avoid solvents and high temperatures.
Shipping and delivery
Within the European Union, we deliver all parcels via Packeta and its contracted partners in individual countries. Outside the European Union, we mainly ship via Czech Post. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination country. The exact shipping options and prices will appear in the cart.
