Slovakia
- Packeta (pickup point)

European Union and the United Kingdom
- Packeta (international delivery)
Other countries worldwide
- Czech Post (international delivery)
The specific shipping method can be selected during checkout according to the destination country.
2. Shipping price
Shipping is charged as a fixed flat rate according to the destination country.
Aktuální cena dopravy je vždy zobrazena v košíku před dokončením objednávky.
The current shipping price is always displayed in the cart before the order is completed.
3. Payment method
Orders are paid in advance through the Stripe online payment gateway.
Payment methods may include:
- payment card,
- other payment methods supported by the Stripe payment gateway.
Payment is considered completed once the amount has been credited to the seller through the payment gateway.
4. Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Czech Republic: usually a few business days,
- Slovakia: usually a few business days,Slovensko: obvykle několik pracovních dní,
- European Union and the United Kingdom: depending on the specific country, usually within two weeks,
- Other countries: depending on international shipping conditions, usually within three weeks.
The specific delivery time may be affected by carrier capacity, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
5. Receiving the shipment
The buyer is required to check the shipment for damage upon delivery.
If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the shipment or preparing a damage report with the carrier.
6. Customs duties and other charges
For shipments outside the European Union, import charges, customs duties, or local taxes may be charged according to the laws of the destination country.
These charges are paid by the buyer.
